Teaching Artist
The Education Department at Central Florida Vocal Arts is now seeking passionate, dynamic, and highly qualified voice teachers and group class instructors to join our team for Fall 2024 and beyond! CFVA is rapidly growing and we need teachers to work with students virtually through our Arts 1:1 program with potential for other, in-person teaching opportunities.
Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Voice or related field Starting pay for lessons: $40/hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one voice lessons to students of varying ages and skill levels.
- Lead group classes, workshops, and clinics designed to enhance vocal technique and performance skills.
- Develop individualized lesson plans tailored to each student’s needs and goals.
- Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment.
Qualifications:
- Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Voice or a related field.
- Previous teaching experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Flexibility to teach in multiple settings (virtual, in-person, and group classes).
Benefits:
- Starting pay for individual lessons: $40 per hour.
- Group class pay: $60 per hour.
